Terms and conditions

The products sold through the online shop are intended exclusively for spiritual purposes and are designed to assist with practices and rituals of an esoteric, energetic or symbolic nature. Their use is intended to promote spiritual well-being and personal development and is not intended to replace medical, psychological or other professional advice or treatment.

Magias e Astros accepts no liability for any interpretations or improper use of the products purchased. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended purposes and that their use complies with applicable local legislation.

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of Magias e Astros. Reproduction, distribution or use for commercial or other purposes is prohibited.

The prices displayed include VAT at the statutory rate in force. We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. Payment must be made using the payment methods made available on the website.

Delivery is free for orders over €100 within Mainland Portugal.

For deliveries outside Portugal, additional costs or charges may apply and shall be borne by the customer. Alternatively, the customer may choose to collect the products from our physical shops free of delivery charges.

The carriers used by Magias e Astros are Nacex for Portugal and Spain, and CTT for the rest of the world. These entities provide transport and tracking of the customer’s order. The fees and conditions applicable to transport services are the responsibility of the respective carriers and may be consulted on their websites.

Orders will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer. Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the order is received by the customer or by a person available to receive it at that address, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective carrier.

The customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February. Products must be returned in perfect condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Return costs shall be borne by the customer, except where the return results from an error attributable to Magias e Astros.

After notifying Magias e Astros of the withdrawal, the customer must return the products within a maximum period of 14 days. This right does not apply to cases expressly provided for by law, including products which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening or removal of the tamper-evident seal, as well as other situations provided for by law.

If a product shows signs of damage, or if a product different from the one ordered has been delivered, the customer must contact us using the contact details provided on the website so that the matter may be assessed and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

Promotions are announced on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the specific conditions disclosed for each campaign.

The user undertakes to use the website appropriately, diligently and in compliance with applicable legislation and may not carry out any acts that could impair its operation, security or availability, or cause damage to Magias e Astros or third parties.

Magias e Astros endeavours to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee that the website is free from errors, omissions or interruptions in its operation.

Magias e Astros reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend or discontinue, in whole or in part, access to the website or any of its content or functionalities whenever this is deemed necessary or appropriate.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Magias e Astros is not responsible for the content, operation or policies of such websites.
